About CareConnect Pro

CareConnect Pro is designed to assist National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) participants, nominees, plan managers, support coordinators and providers to manage budgets, monitor expenditure and access financial reporting.

CareConnect Pro is an administrative budgeting tool only. It does not provide legal, financial, accounting or NDIS funding advice.

Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years of age or have the authority of a legal guardian or nominee to use CareConnect Pro.

Subscription

Access to CareConnect Pro is provided on a paid subscription basis.

Your subscription provides access only for the account holder named during registration unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Subscription fees are payable in advance and may be changed by Care Connect Coordination with reasonable notice.

User Accounts

You are responsible for:

• maintaining the confidentiality of your login details;
• ensuring information entered is accurate;
• all activity occurring under your account.

You must notify us immediately if you believe your account has been compromised.

Permitted Use

You may use CareConnect Pro solely for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

You agree not to:

• copy the platform;
• reproduce any reports, templates or calculations for commercial purposes;
• reverse engineer or attempt to extract formulas, source code or proprietary processes;
• create competing software using our intellectual property;
• sell, licence or distribute any part of CareConnect Pro;
• share your login with another person unless expressly permitted by your subscription.

Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights relating to CareConnect Pro remain the exclusive property of Care Connect Coordination Pty Ltd.

This includes but is not limited to:

• software;
• spreadsheets;
• formulas;
• calculations;
• workflows;
• reports;
• templates;
• graphics;
• logos;
• branding;
• instructional material;
• written content.

No ownership rights are transferred through your subscription.

Accuracy of Information

While every effort has been made to ensure CareConnect Pro is accurate and current, we do not warrant that calculations, pricing or NDIS rules will always reflect the latest legislation or NDIS Pricing Arrangements.

Users remain responsible for verifying all information before making financial or funding decisions.

Availability

We aim to provide uninterrupted access but cannot guarantee the platform will always be available.

Maintenance, upgrades or unforeseen technical issues may occasionally interrupt access.

Suspension or Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if:

• subscription fees remain unpaid;
• these Terms are breached;
• fraudulent or unlawful activity is suspected;
• account sharing is detected.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Australian law, Care Connect Coordination Pty Ltd excludes liability for any direct, indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from the use of CareConnect Pro.

Users remain responsible for all funding decisions made using the platform.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time.

Continued use of CareConnect Pro constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Western Australia and Australia.

Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Western Australia.
